SPECIFICATION

1. Place the foot massage pad flat, turn on the remote control, and adjust according to your own strength.

2. Long press M/+for three seconds to start the machine, and then press OFF/- to zero, and then long press M to shut down the machine.

3. The host has eight massage modes to switch: knead, hammer, needle, push, acupoint and pulse.

4. Strength adjustment. Press ON/+to increase the strength; Press oFF/- to reduce the strength.

5. It is recommended to use it for 30 minutes each time, 1-2 times a day.

6. It is best to use the instrument 30 minutes after eating or taking a bath.
